Volunteer Job: Family Registration Volunteers
Dates: Weekday afternoons in October
Duties:

• Register Jubilee Christmas Families by phone or in person
• Review Family Registrations submitted by mail and online
• Follow up with Family to get more information, if needed
• Enter Family Registration data into database
• Computer skills and knowledge of computer data entry (training on database software provided)
• Must have good phone & in person etiquette and good customer service skills
• Must be dependable and organized
• Spanish speaking volunteers needed

Volunteer Job: Jubilee Christmas – Day of JC Volunteers
Dates: Second Saturday in December
Duties:

• Receive and organize toy donations
• Deliver surplus toys to other agencies
• Must have good customer service skills, be organized, and dependable

Volunteer Job: Jubilee Christmas – Donation Center Volunteers
Dates: Monday after Thanksgiving through the Thursday before Jubilee Christmas
Duties:

• Receive and organize toy donations from donors
• Supervise Host Sites shopping for toys
• Bag toys for each Host Site
• Work “Host Site Pick Up” — giving Host Site coordinators their packets
• Separate toys after Jubilee Christmas for distribution to other programs, events & agencies
• Must have good customer service skills, be organized, and dependable
